What Will You Do in This Role?
Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its staffing agency who is responsible for leading the in-house full-cycle recruitment strategy to fill clinical and non-clinical roles. This role will lead the team in coordinating staffing and last-minute assignments, maintaining compliance documentation, operational continuity and partnering with community leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality hires to deliver best in class resident care.
This position plays a key role in developing strategies in reducing outside agency reliance, managing labor costs and ensuring staffing stability across our organization. The leader partners closely with community operations, scheduling, and nursing leadership. to proactively forecast staffing needs, recruit top talent, and manage pipeline development to support our communities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategic agency recruitment, budget planning and revenue growth
- Develop and execute long-term staffing agency supporting organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, including CMS, OSHA, EEOC, and wage and hour laws
- Manage, coach and mentor team of producers and support staff through metric driven outcomes, performance and holding team accountable
- Support the development of clinical workforce pipelines (CNA training partnerships, apprenticeship programs, school relationships)
- Track labor usage, overtime and cost savings
- Liaison with community leaders to address staffing needs
- Monitor licensure, certifications and state regulatory compliance requirements including registering with new states, required reporting
- Identify process and procedure improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Attendance is an essential part of the role
- Other duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, human relations or similar or combined education and experience.
- 3+ years managing end-to-end staffing agency, scheduling, workforce coordination experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing a talent acquisition team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior living or health care experience
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations
